Provide Link between project execution and design team.

Duties & Responsibilities: • Arrange all MEP, Architectural and Structural Construction drawings and handover to the Drawing Office, Along with same arranging Contract Specification for site for ready reference.
• Scrutinize and study all Construction Drawings prior to proceedings with preparation of shop drawings.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings.Submit the Schedule of Shop Drawings with planned date of submission.
• Shop drawings to be submitted together, for each service along with builder's work drawing and MEP coordinated drawing.
• Preparation of Reflected Ceiling Plan Drawings as per False Ceiling Design.
• Designated to the Control of Drawings.
• As Built drawings to be furnished after completion of the project. The same is to be incorporated and to be submitted for approval.
• For any clarification or discussion with the Site Consultant, site visit is essential.
• Preparation of weekly/monthly reports to HOD.
