1.To Plan and execute Preventive and Corrective maintenance for 55 MW LV/MV Electrical load connected waste water treatment plant equipment's including 11 KV Ring Sub-Stations.
2. Serving as Leader POET (Planning, Operation, Engineering and
Technical) team and overseeing Heavy Machinery.
3. Preparing technical and Cost proposals for new installation and Modification works.
4. More consternation on Condition monitoring and failure analysis reports of equipment's.
5. Spare parts arrangements, absolute spares analysis and necessary steps to get equipment latest alternation.
6. Working as a acting Instrument engineer as required by project.
7. Providing Technical training to down stream employees as required.
8. Energy conservation, Cost control study and implementations as required.
9. Quality and Safety procedures review and updating.
10.Liaison with Client in order to assure that all technical/engineering requirements are met.
11. PLC, HMI, Scada maintenance and trouble shouting..
12. Handling Emergency, Shut down and Plant start up works as required.
13.Drawing updating and Engineering dept. follow-up.
14.Electrical Installation, testing and Commissioning of STP and Water pumping stations in MOD project.
1.To execute Preventive and Corrective maintenance for 15 MW Load connected plant including 22 KV out door sub-station.
2.Trouble shouting works as required and failure analysis.
3.Spare Sprats arrangements.
4.Technical and Cost proposal preparation.
5. Energy Conservation study.
6. Action plans towards improving lifetime of the Equipment's.
7. Modification and new installation works as required.
8. Man power utilization and cost Control.
1.To execute Regular maintenance and Trouble shooting of 8.5 MW electrical load connected 75 ton per / paper industry.
2.Energy Conservation study.
3. Action plans towards improving the equipment's healthiness.
4. Man Power utilization.
5. Trouble shouting works as required.
6. Materials request and procurement follow-up.
7. Equipment's history sheet maintenance.
