•Managing the Operations work of the branch for both Canada and Australia Permanent Residency Visa Applications.
•Counseling / guiding customers for preparation of documents for case filing and processing.
•Planning, scheduling work and reviewing documents for case filing.
•Filing and Processing visa applications for Federal Skilled Worker-Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs)
•Managing and submitting applications for Australian Immigration- Skilled-Independent Visa (Subclass 189), Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190) and Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) (Subclass 491).
•Monitoring the processing of the applications
•Resolving customers issues/queries
• Managing and planning the functioning of the department.
• To oversee the functioning of staff and ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
• Checking and Submission of applications with respective Australian Authorities for Skills Assessment, Expression of Interest (EOIs), State Nomination and Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
• Processing of applications for Skills assessment, State Nomination and Department of Home Affairs.
• Vetting job duties, Competency Demonstration Reports (CDRs) and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPLs) etc.
• To ensure the correct filing and processing of applications.
• Innovating new ideas to improve the efficiency and productivity.
• Analyzing data, reports and presenting to management in an effective manner.
• Developing policies and procedures to bring the efficiency in the system/functioning.
• Representing the department in board room and overview meetings.
• Visiting branches to provide trainings to staff and improve the case filing.
• To brief, guide the staff and resolve their day to day queries.
• Liaising with the Branch Managers and Regional Managers to work cohesively.
• Carrying out research to find out latest update and information about Australian Immigration.
• To guide and update the branches about development and changes in Australian Immigration rules.
• To conduct the induction trainings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
