• Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role of an University with annual business turnover of 180 million with a student strength of 3500students,
• Responsible for day to day finance and banking operations, Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries & ensure student accounts are updated timely.
• Liaising with Banks for Sourcing of Term Loans/ Funds from Banks and FIIs, ensuring the interest cost are low, negotiating with banks and arranging of fund requirement.
• Perform project cost Analysis of Revenue & cost stream wise Vs forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Responsible for collection of student fee receivables and ensuring the projected cash flow are achieved. .
• Forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and marketing teams in analysing margins, variances and cost analysis
• .Providing MIS reports to management and also report to Heriot watt on all operational and functional matters
• Support CEO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer
pricing policy and oversee the school and other entities operations.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective system and policies for the business set up.

• Arranged project finance approx. AED 110 million with ADCB for University & school projects and AED 30 million Mezzanine loan from NBK capital. @ Study world projects
• Awarded best employee of the year for submitting a project feasibility report and successful bidding process for an It park at Project Busheshr Iran @ Net Ripples software Ltd.
• Orchestrated strategies in reducing the interest rates by renewing the bank facilities thru hedging in each financial year.
