almost all critical pieces of BSS like billing, customer care, interconnect billing, mediation, partner settlement solution,
revenue assurance etc

Project: Wrong Lapu Reversal, MNP compatibility, Sim Swap, 4G/LTE, new TRAI process, Prepaid
Transformation and other applications
Accountabilities: Wrong Lapu Reversal, BSS for MNP. USIM/LTE, TRAI changes - Project Management on
application(s), system Integration (business solutioning, system architecture, requirement
analysis) with BSS/OSS.
Project: PEPS system (Prepaid External provisioning System) & INSA system (IN Support application):
Details: The task assigned was to deliver a consolidated application connecting to different NE’s which
facilitates provisioning at different nodes, user id management, role based authorization, etc.
Identification of business functionality. System architecture and design (business proposal, SOW
and TS). Controlling project and managing delivery towards client.
Project Consolidation: Task assigned was to reduce the number of modules/applications running for business and to
provide the same functionality, better manageability, more modeled architecture and to support
large scale of business users through common interface.
Accountabilities:
Identifying modules / applications running across various locations to support services required by business.
Categorizing applications based on functionality, based on interfaces used and based on business requirement.
Grouping of modules / applications to deliver single interface and reduce number of such instances.
Designing of applications (front end and backend DB) to produce same or more business features with better
manageability keeping security compliance score at its maximum level.
Defining project scope (SOW preparation, TS and SRS finalization and work procedure, version control).

Project: Transformation project based on different 3rd party interface (ECMS - CC-API to UCIP)
Details: IT applications depend on other network elements to a large extent like Intelligent Network (IN)
and HLR system. Ericsson IN came up with their new interface system in ECMS and accordingly
all IT applications within scope needed to be changed & migrated to new system.
Interfaces Used: UCIP
Accountabilities:
Understanding of system architecture (ECMS system interface) through discussion with Ericsson team and also
through documents.
Mapping of existing applications with the new interface along with discussing with Ericsson team.
Developing test application and test models along with reviewing with Ericsson team on issues, changing test
scenarios as per technical specification.
Preparing migration plan, training to internal team members and development plan for successful delivery.
Developing critical modules along with defining UAT cases along with client and Ericsson team members.
