Work Description:
Finalize/prepare Contract Programme in conjunction with Planning Department and to commit oneself to its achievement.
Formulate long-term labour/plant resource schedules.
Communicate effectively with the Client’s representative and the statutory bodies.
To have a sound knowledge of contract costs with respect to resource allowance.
Advise the Commercial department and the site Quantity Surveyor of any contractual issues affecting the works.
Review/approve Risk assessments, Method Statements and Monthly valuations.
Adopt a leading role with respect to the Company’s Quality and safety procedures and provide assistance as and when required.
Recognize potential problems and action them before they turn critical.
Ensure project close-out is completed in accordance with Company’s procedures.
Support and promote strategic decisions taken by Senior Management.
Generation of various reports as per the Company’s Procedures.
Arrange and participate in periodic meeting with staff, client’s representatives, sub-contractors and senior management.
Overall management of the construction activities.
