Responsibilities:
* Monitoring retail and project sales across Chennai, India
* Ensuring effective negotiation in terms of the sale and closing the sale effectively with possibilities of the client coming back
to the company
* Promote product developments and enhancement or newer upgraded products to the customer
* Managing growth and profitability by exceeding customer expectations
* Planning:
o Market contacts for achievement of sales target MTD and YTD
o Suitable scheme & incentive for dealers & contractors
* Handling the development of new dealers
* Liaising with painting contractors and accordingly conducting meetings & explaining them about the product range, FAB and
organization policies
Responsibilities:
* Handled institutional sales of paint
* Collaborated with existing paint contractors
* Involved in registering new painting contractors in color merchants
* Assisted in promoting product developments & enhancement or newer upgraded products to the customer
* Ensured effective explanation of products to Architects, Builders & Customers
* Carried out arrangement of weekly meeting with painting contractors and accordingly explained them about new products,
schemes, etc.
* Handled site issues and submission of reports
