Maintenance & Overhauling in GC - 27, GC - 28
•Supervised the Maintenance and Troubleshooting problems related to following Rotary & Static Equipment’s: Gas Turbine, Pump, Compressors, Turbo Generators, Diesel Engines, Mechanical seal, Gear box, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Columns, Valves etc.,
•Carried out daily Routine, corrective, breakdown and condition-based maintenance of all type of plant equipment in accordance with the requirements of the planned maintenance system / PTW System / job card instructions
•Successfully Lead and Executed Corrective Maintenance to reduce the high vibrations of rotating equipment’s with the help of Vibration Analyst.
•Replacement of Gas Turbine Rotor: Inspection/renewal of bearing, replace combustion champers gasket & installation of Gas Generator & Power Turbine finally alignment
•Removal & Assembly of Bundle diaphragm & Rotor of Centrifugal Compressor and inspection of diaphragm with diffuser, Radial & Thrust bearings, Replacement of labyrinth seal, worn out/damaged parts and use of Special tools for bundle removal/installation
•Removal and installation of Dry Gas Seal by using proper tools for multistage centrifugal compressor
•Servicing/maintenance of Reciprocating Engine/compressor: Replacing piston rings, tension ring, rod packing, Small end bearings, big end bearings & adjustment of TDC & BDC. Refurbishment of suction & Discharge valves, renewal of Cylinder liner
•Overhauled Diesel Engines: Removed Engine assemblies, Transmissions & Checked for Wear using specialized tools such as Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Bore Comparator, Feeler & Plastic Gauges to mention just a few. Tested & Adjusted repaired assemblies
•Overhauled of Multistage Centrifugal Pump for Water Injection service
•Troubleshooting operational issues and Conditioning Monitoring of various plants equipment’s using “Bently Nevada- System 1”and local condition monitoring tools (i.e. Vibration Meter, Temperature Gun etc., )
•Coordinate and involved in determine Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
•Ensures availability of Critical Spares or order from KOC store or from local store
