Identifying the training needs and give the training to the operators and technical staff. Improvement Techniques to introduce the new process like continual improvements, lean manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, JIT and Zero defects thro Poka-yoke. Prepare appraisal report for each employee after the probation period and every annual handover to HR departments.
Job description :- Every day shop floor visit and verify the production report, discuss with shift engineer regarding daily production activities (like development toolings, Jig & Fixtures and man power) every day to dicuss regarding for developing components and improvements.

Responsible for monthly production schedule, Daily production target and daily dispatches to meet the customer’s requirements with quantity and quality.
All the Departments activities follow up by ERP systems. Concentration to particularly towards the productivity improvement, time study, waste reduction, cost reduction, timely production, follow the health and safety guidelines daily. Identifying the training needs and give the training to the operators and technical staff. Improvement Techniques to introduce the new process like continual improvements, lean manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, JIT, Zero defects thro Poka-yoke and Vendor development activities. Every day interaction with customers to meet the delivery commitments, new developments, improvements and to resolve the quality issues.
