Assigned to take care of full HR lifecycle (Recruitment, Mobilization, Orientation, Trainings, Retention & Separation) for projects in Qatar.
Being the authorized signatory for the company, i am involved in the project from beginning, starting
from generating contracts to applying for the Labour Quota.
Achievement:
1. Selection and Recruitment of 100+ personnel for projects inside of Qatar for client such as SGS, GDI,
Qatar Gas, Qatar Petroleum, Rosetti Marino etc.
2. Planning/Organizing logistics locally & internationally for selected personnel during mobilization and rotation
3. Organized the necessary trainings (BOSIET, H2S, OGUK Medical, HSE Trainings etc) for personnel to
deploy at Onshore yards and Offshore Base
4. Accurately managed the requirement of various PASS (RLIC, Messaied & Offshore) to enter yards
and offshore base, working with Preparation of DVC, Pass Application and Issuance & Renewal without loosing any day.
5. Managed the Onshore and Offshore mobilization & demobilization, ensuring no errors.
6. Managed the Timesheet of personnel, being the focal point for clients ensuring correct information
about days and hours payable and chargeable.
7. Facilitated the Payroll in accurate manner providing topnotch info with regards to client, project &rotation to Payroll department.
8. Solely authorized by the management for taking an independent decision for projects and providing solutions to any possible issues.
9. Assigned to do various PRO works as in when required such as "Online Processing through HUKOOMI, ADLSA, MEC & MOI Websites" & Labour Contract Attestation, applying sponsorship change application, MOFA & other Related Attestation"
10. Authorized to manage full HR Lifecycle for Qatar Projects.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges,
employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information,
opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
▪ Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
▪ Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job
sites.
▪ Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying
references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
▪ Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals;
escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
▪ Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers;
▪ interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
▪ Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements

▪ issues surrounding Health and Safety within the work area
▪ Assist in the distribution of relevant documentation to clients concerning the placement of workers
▪ Maintain the placement record and database of appropriate employer and candidates as well
▪ Carryout placement correspondence and telephone enquiries internally and externally
▪ Monitor the progress of placement of workers to right employer as per their qualities
