• As part of the Project Big Green, managed the project to build the first Green Data Centre in North Carolina.

Corporation, Cemex, Fluor, BHP Billiton etc., followed by transformation projects.
• Provided vision and leadership to a large and a strong technical team of Managers, Leads, Architects and technical staff from L1 to
L4 with diverse technical expertise from Windows, VMware, Citrix, Unix, Solaris, Linux, AIX, Veritas, UCS, Cisco and various IBM,
Microsoft and Oracle products.
• Led the creation of an ITIL Service catalogue as a basis for the operational framework.
• Handled all client information security and compliance audits, PCI and HIPPA audits encompassing access controls, data security
and privacy, on-site audits, code reviews and physical security.

servers with blade servers and storage units.
• Built a global IT team with 3 divisions to build and manage a) Active Directory & server support b) Identity & access mgmt.., c)
Application packaging & deployment through SMS (Systems Management Server) for 11 global service centers.
• Led One Globe One Active Directory project as SPOC for APAC region. Involved in planning, implementation and rollout of the
active directory forest for all HSBC entities in APAC region
• Handled mergers and successfully set up business infrastructure for data and voice businesses in a record time for Household
International merger into HSBC.
• Successfully led multiple transformation projects including a very high profile, complex, browser main menu project to replace all
OS2 desktop images with new applications on Microsoft platform.
• Migrated data from a 3rd party HOGAN system to retail processing system for mortgage business thereby eliminating all 3 rd party
applications from the system.

• Planned, Built and Managed IT infrastructure from scratch for Auro Avenida Exports and Aurosoft Technologies Ltd.
• Owned and executed IT Procurements, Vendor Management and Asset Management.
• Setup the network comprising of about 200 nodes and 8 servers on Microsoft and RedHat Linux platform. Managed domain
controllers, File servers, Print server, Application servers, networks and leased lines.
• Successfully led and executed a $1.5M project funded by the World Bank to export, setup and support IT Infrastructure for an
educational institute in Nigeria which includes servers, desktops and network equipment.
• Managed to install and support the setup and maintain Nigeria project through constant interaction and collaborations with
vendors, HP in India & Nigeria and liaison with leadership from the Institute and the World Bank.
