Responsibilities:
• To look after overall operation management of the organization and ensure their timely execution & in a disciplined manner.
• To prepare the reports for submission to board meetings & other information to key stake persons.
• To deal with Tax offices & corporate houses, including banks.
• To act as supervisor to Finance & Compliance Department
• To conduct internal auditing of the organization & assist the external auditor during finalization of accounts.
• To supervise, make surprise visits to site offices, observe financial issues as well as operational discrepancies at both Head Office & Sites.
Responsibilities:
• To conduct the internal audit of records of organization, to prepare financials & assist the final auditor,
• To assure the compliance of Income taxation & VAT, both in terms of returns & amount and deal with banks & Tax Offices.
• To carry out the audit of records of client organizations, prepare the draft management letter, finalize the reports with seniors or principal. Very often, I got opportunity to get involved in special assignment like consultancy, accounts & book keeping, tax compliance verification, Due diligence review & many more.
Cleared Chartered Accountancy course from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN)
Masters in Arts (Economics) with first division marks from Tribhuwan University. Thesis Ongoing
Cleared Bachelor in Business Studies in First division marks.
College Topper in "Science" from Birendra Sainik Awasiya Mahavidhyalaya, Bhaktapur. Also, awarded as Best Boy Senior Student in the year 2007.
