• A sound knowledge of airspace and air routes, computerized flight planning systems as well as on-board navigation computer capabilities.
• In depth flight planning knowledge including ETP, ETOPS and use of electronic Charts/Maps and apps, RA, W&B calculations, Aviation weather briefing, NOTAMs, Flight tracking, Datalink messaging and use of R/T.
• Knowledge of FAA and CFMU routing and flight plan fling system, NAT operations, Oceanic flight planning including use of PACOTS and AUSOTS routing.
• In-depth knowledge of Aeronautical Information Services, Air Traffic Management, State Regulatory bodies and International trip planning,
• Analyze customer/user requirements and translate them for tech development and functionality improvements by working closely with IT Team.
• Create user acceptance test scenarios and conduct tests before the enhancements moved to production.

Flight operations support service, liasoning with Ground control, Approach and Area control facilities, FIC, MLU, Sector controls and various agencies for the smooth and safe operations of flights.
Radar operations for tracking, clearance issue, weather monitoring, and flight crew briefing.
