- Responsible for the marketing of the Bank’s corporate products aimed at quality customer service and maximum contribution of the growth and profits of the Bank without exposing it to undue risk.
- Formulates and implements on approval, marketing strategies required of the Corporate Banking section with the objective of maximising revenue/yield and quality assets. Prepares annual sales plan and budgets for the corporate products and implements the same on approval.
- Responsible for credit risk assessment, structuring, negotiating, maintaining criteria for sanction and advising corporate customers on strategy, structure and business proposals.
- Prepares proposals for credit limits/excesses for approval. Ensures timely completion of offer letter, facilitates acceptance and other formalities for securing the interest of the Bank.
- Monitors the use of facilities granted to customers in order to find out utilization and delinquency trends.
- Ensures timely and accurate submission of reports and returns to the Management for decision making and review and to regulatory agencies as required.
- To manage the corporate clients and there by increase the wallet share, maximize profitability and increase customer base.
- To structure deals of various products including corporate loans, cash management, working capital, term loans, contract finance and trade finance.
- Present credit appraisals to the Board.
- Develop and maintain pricing structure and being competitive & profitable.
- To build, manage and drive various SBUs to achieve the revenue targets in Corporate, SME, Retail & Wealth Management verticals.
- To be involved with the central team for new products and for market penetration of Bank's products and services.
- Ensures compliance with the policies of the land and adhere to Group's compliance requirements and be the primary contact point for regulator.

-Handled, universal banking solutions for major business groups with a To Manage and build an portfolio of clients with turnover ranging from USD 2 billion to USD 7 billion p.a.
- Responsible for meeting the banking requirements through the entire range of bank products- Working Capital Finance, Term Loans, Project finance, Trade finance, Cash Management Services & Risk management-through Derivatives.
-Understanding risk associated with businesses and carryout credit appraisals and presents the same to the respective credit committees.
-Mapping of financing requirements and to provide structured solutions. Explore new markets and structure revenue generating products/services. Deepen relationships through usage of the bank’s services, including receivables management and vendor management. Offer transaction-banking solutions through online banking and value added services
-To act as currency chest and clearing center. To manage the cash requirements, all the ATMs and clearing operations of all the branches of ICICI bank in Delhi.
