Identifying and troubleshooting the issues such as Not reporting, Packet loss, Interface bugs, GPS errors, Temperature errors in various IoT versions and models.
Being a part and co-ordinate with the R&D department to implement new products and models with additional features and recent trends or technology.

Central point of contact with the service providers such as Verizon, Soracom, Numerix and ESEYE to troubleshoot the issues.
Service Activation and Deactivation as per the subscription plan and Reconfigure the replacement devices.
Ensures the consistent working of the products by analyzing from the Database and service tools.
Create and Modify the credentials and other parameters using JAR script as per the customer requirements.
Managing and Maintaining SLA to execute.
Ensures the implementation plans are complete and well executed.
Dealing with the configuration and programming for Arduino UNO of ATmega328.
Hands-on experience in Robotic kit (Robox).
Managing team and Providing timely training to keep them updated.
Expertise in GPS installation and tracking of module.
Co-ordinates the team for implementing new projects.
Maintains and executes work instructions as documented.
Installation of security products such as CCTV and Bio-metric attendance.
Ensure the monitoring and backup records of the surveillance in Digital Video Recorder (DVR).
Complete configuration of LAN setup.
Enhancing the Barcode scanner and Printer with the computer.
Troubleshooting the issues while maintenance.
