In Charge of Cleaning, Waste Management, Landscaping, Pest Control, Hygiene Services and Event Logistics
Duties and Responsibilities
•Monitoring the performance of service providers in the areas of Cleaning & Waste Management, Pest Control, Recycling, Hygiene, Landscaping and Event Logistics
•Preparing event cleaning & waste management plan, Logistic plan
•Preparing Pre, During and Post event cleaning and Logistic schedules and plans
•Ensure service providers are performing services in a professional way and maintaining in good hygienic condition and visually aesthetic each areas mentioned in the scope of service of the contracts
•Supervising the service providers delivered service level performance and in the range of given KPI
•Ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and that the service delivery is as per the agreed service levels agreement. Escalate any non-performance issues to the operations manager.
•Ensure that all areas of the site well maintained and prepared in advance before the event
•Preparing duty schedule of supervisors
•Evaluating the performance of service providers
•Conducting monthly meeting of supervisors and service providers
•Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly schedule for all soft service providers
•Monitor, report and evaluate service provider’s performance ensuring services provided are within the agreed SLA’
•Set service providers KPI’s and ensure these are being achieved
•Conduct quality service training for all colleagues (Supervisors)
•Conducting performance evaluations to supervisors
•Preparing PRs related to General Services.
•Ordering of hygiene, cleaning, landscaping consumables and receiving of it.
•Preparing monthly consumption report of all consumables and maintaining its inventory.
•Preparing reports related to Waste Management and Recycling
•Plans and forecasts facility utilization requirements, revenue estimates, staffing requirements, and equipment replacement needs
•Coordinating with events team for the smooth operations of the events
•Attending inter departmental meeting.
•Checking monthly invoices of services of all soft service providers and forwarding to FM coordinator for finance submission.
•Coordinating with FM Help desk and following up the issues and requests
•Plans and forecasts facility utilization requirements, revenue estimates, staffing requirements, and equipment replacement needs
•Preparing SOW of each services
•Analysis of waste disposal, audits, permits for hazardous waste disposal
• Management if churn requests - people, furniture, IT and office equipment

I am the responsible for the smooth operation of Cleaning & Waste Management, Pest Control, Recycling, Landscaping and Hygiene services of Yas Marina Circuit. My direct reporting line is General Service Manager and Head of Operations. Supervisors and service providers are directly reporting to me. The major events held during this period are;
