@ To establish and implement specific project administration and documentation plan compatible with the existing ISO standard and corporate quality management system.
@ Ensures all daily project administration and documentation is in routine order, accurate, and turned over to the concerned departments adhering to all procedures, formats, and standards order right from the beginning till the end of each project.
@ Enable and work the plan build a team as required for each phase of the project. Assign work schedules and priorities for the related staffs performing work for the projects group.
@ Delegates work, perform workload planning and supervises the support staff (Time keepers, administration assistants, HR assistants, junior administrators etc)
@ Performs document checks, and ensures all documents are verified according to procedures and distributed according approved construction quality plan distribution matrix.
@ Initiative to obtain training and development programs for the team and thus develops and maintains a continuous improvement to enhance the continuous support to entire project.
@ Liaisons closely between the Projects Technical Department, Document Centre, Access control, Quality control the corporate document centre, the contractors, and the vendors.
@ Coordinates the mobilization of manpower, transfer between projects, vendors, and sub contractors
@ Preparation of various presentation materials, charts and organization charts as per the management requirements.
@ Responsible to liaise with senior management while preparing the performance, and evaluation reports for each employee.
@ Assists in development and implementation of computer based project document management systems, that will be compatible with the existing corporate documents and Standards Quality management system.
@ Contractual support to Main EPC Contractor, PMC, Sub-Contractors and Vendors Management of Change (commercial and contractual) Commercial management.
@ Coordination between employee camps for staff related requirements and employee relation.
@ Transportation management in coordination with project equipment coordinators for project staff.
