Projects:

• Meydan Business Park- Block Q & M is 7 storied commercial block with a total built up area of 62000 square meters.

Responsibilities:
• Post contract works and included Variations, Evaluation of
Contractors and Consultants payment.
• Attended Site Meetings, liaised with Client, design team, main
contractor and subcontractors on relevant construction
issues.

Worked as Senior Quantity Surveyor in Reem Island, Abu Dhabi for Hill International / QP International JV. The work is related to Quantity surveying for the Sun and Sky Towers which are the tallest tower building is Abu Dhabi with 75 Storey and 65 Storey respectively. The project is for apartment and office purposes. ACC is the main contractor for the project.

Work involves post contract works and includes Variations, Evaluation of Contractors and Consultants payment certificates for the AED 2.3 Billion Project. I did the Contract Close out of the entire Project staying till the end of the Project after finalizing all the Variations to the full satisfaction of client SOROUH.

My responsibility in the project as Senior Quantity Surveyor also involved Cost Engineering of the Project. Work included in Cost Engineering are preparation of Cost Reports based on budget for the project, preparation of monthly cash flow, preparation of payment log and variation log.

Worked for the reputed Cost Consulting Firm Williams International Group for their 40 Storied Fairmont Hotel & Serviced Apartments Project for National Investment Corporation in Abu Dhabi. Work involves preparation of Tender Documents based on FIDIC for the Project including BOQ.

Worked as Contracts Engineer/Quantity Surveyor for the reputed Consulting Firm Architectural Consulting Group in their Head Office in Abu Dhabi. Work included preparation of Tender and Contract Documents of projects which includes taking off quantities from Tender Drawings, Preparation of BOQ, Contract based on FIDIC, Particular and General Specifications etc.,

Worked in Al Habtoor Engineering Enterprises as Quantity Surveyor in Projects and in the Tendering Department. Involved in the entire Quantity Surveying works which includes Main Contract Valuations, Sub Contract Valuations, Cost Reports, Variations, Material Take off, etc.,

I was employed with the Italian firm Impregilo S.P.A. who is the main contractor for the prestigious Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Grand Mosque at Abu Dhabi which is one of the biggest mosques in the world as Quantity Surveyor. Involved in the detailed measurements and valuation both for the main contractor and for the sub contractors.

Worked with the Belgium based consultant Tractebel Energy Engineering as Quantity Surveyor. The Projects involved are the Dhs. 6 Billion Taweelah ‘B’ Power & Desalination Plant Project of which Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority was the client and in Ajman Desalination Plant project for the Federal Ministry of Electricity and Water.
As Quantity Surveyor was scrutinizing the correctness of monthly Valuation invoices based on B.O.Q, measurements and percentage completion etc...

Worked with British managed Contracting Company Khansaheb Civil Engineering, Dubai, U.A.E. as Quantity Surveyor for 2 400 KVA Electrical Sub Stations.

Involved in taking off quantities from excavation to finishing for the preparation of valuation certificates.
