Deal with clients, agencies, Hotels sales & reservation team for new business
Reservation through various networking like e-mail, telephone, meeting etc.
Organize reservation records by date of arrival
Have prior knowledge about hotel and excursions.
Track room availability and facilities.
Rate hotels so that clients can easily access them
Have a thorough knowledge of all the categories of hotel and excursions and service we provide.
Able to handle crisis periods
Convince clients and agents in order to close the sale.
Listening to clients requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Responding immediately to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Gathering market and client information.
Arranging FAM trips for the agencies to educate them about the current scenario.
Sending across the Flyers to the agencies about the forthcoming special promotions.
Visit potential clients and companies for new business.
Listening to clients requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Gathering market and client information.
Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Challenging any objections with a view to sell the rooms.
Checking number of rooms in house and coordinate with the front office.
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Deal with employee’s problem and sort it out in a manner that doesn’t goes against the company’s rules and regulation.
Takes care of preliminary interview with the new candidates.
Assisting with employee relations.
Employee recordkeeping.
Company employee communication.
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting.
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
Give training to the employees about the work ethics and work culture.
Conduct stress release events for the employees.
