3IDROID is an IT based Company which deals software development, website, Android applications, Clients
projects and products. And also provides different IT training courses for students with placement.
Achievements/tasks
* Manages different departments of the company like HR department, Sales department and Training
department
* Evaluates daily reports of the staffs and analyzing their performances
* Regularly checking files and records of transactions
* Recruiting new employees for the company when needed and providing training programs
* Discussing and developing new marketing strategies for the betterment of the company
* Head of the training department which includes students counseling, conversion, and setting of
syllabus and fees structure
* Maintaining good relationship with other companies for placement purpose
* Managing monthly target of the company
* Maintaining proper Client/ Student relationship with the company
* Providing a good work space for staffs and often conducting meetings for discussions
* Analyzing and managing company income and expenses
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Kerala University Rank Holder (3rd position) for M.tech Degree
- Participated in 17th National Conference on Technological Trends (NCTT 2016) conducted on College of
Engineering, Trivandrum, and published on IEEE Journal (IEEE Explore).
- Published Mtech thesis in International Journal of Scientific Engineering and Technology Research &
International Journal Of Engineering Science And Computing, (IJESC)
- Conducted Women’s cell program in college of engineering Kidangoor for the empowerment and safety of
women.
- Conducted IT Training programs in schools and colleges to familiarize students with the new IT related
career courses.
- Achieved a large number of leads for the 3idroid company by Implementing Digital marketing for Training
programs.
