)- Peoplesoft application migration from on-premise to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Working as Lead Infrastructure and is responsible for all Infrastructure related activity, Linux & windows server, Cloud Operations, Cloud Network operations.
Experience in Installing, upgrading and configuring Red Hat Linux 5.x & 6 using Kick start Servers and Interactive Installation.
• User administration on Linux servers.
• Providing access to users using sudoers.
• Installing Patches and Packages on Linux Servers.
• Taking care of day to day operations.
• Responsible for providing disaster recovery and execution on Linux environment.
• Handing the tickets using Remedy and Service-now tools.
Extending file systems using LVM.
• Updating DNS on various devices, servers on external/Internal DNS servers.
• Mounting storage on Linux Server.
• Creating daily health check reports of servers, storages.
• Managing disk space, processor utilization, and network utilization related to server.
• Supervising the administration of systems and servers related network to ensure.
• Availability of services to authorized users.
• Configuring RAID group & creation of LUN's as per Customer requirement.
• Good Experience on ITIL Process and ITIL FOUNDATION CERTIFIED.
We have to provide LINUX L0-L1 Support to our client IDEA, which involves Server administration and Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management. Raising and maintaining of Severity Levels and Resolve them within the agreed SLA.
