Demonstrate ability to oversee and maintain property maintenance and facilities, including regular inspections and coordination with contractors for fire systems, AC units, elevators, and pesticides to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Scheduling and assigning duties to the drivers and taking in note that the assigned duties are fulfilled.
Implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
