• Supervising the manufacturing operation of ANZCO Foods Healthcare - Biotissues processing unit.
• Maintenance of Quality system - Quality control & quality assurance relating to bio-tissues processing.
• Management of processing batches and scheduling production run.
• Liaising with harvest team to ensure raw material is available when required and sales team to ensure production schedule are aligned with shipping requirements.
• Ordering consumables and chemicals & maintenance of records - receiving inspection & approval, maintaining and updating level.
• Maintaining inventory & batch records and other IT based product tracking system up to date
• Document control - writing SOPs & POIs for laboratory operations.
• Environmental Monitoring, sampling, and testing & handling hazardous substances.
• Calibration and maintenance of equipment.
• Product - Quality Inspection, Final selection and approval for product despatch.
• Health and safety representative - risk assessment & safety management implication.
• Cell culture for research and commercial production of pharmaceutical products in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and current company standard operating procedures.
• Production of pharmaceutical products including vaccines through cell culture, formulation, dispensing, packing, storage, and sterility testing.
• Carry out routine mathematical calculations for determining cell concentrations, cell seeding, infecting densities, formulation, and preparation of defined media solutions.
• Ensure production standards are met by checking the calibration, validation, and qualification of laboratory equipment are current.
• Procurement of stock and materials for cell culture.
• Completion of records for manufacturing processes and review of template quality documents.
• Assists the disabled and elderly by performing day to day household tasks and errands.
• Providing companionship and conversation.
• Providing stabilization and assistance with everything.
• Providing appointment and medication reminders.
• Regularly communicating with residents, supervisor and office staff.
• Preparation of equipment
• Standardization of machines for milk testing.
• Monitoring and assisting the analysis of milk samples.
• Ensure quality standard of milk sample & Computer operations
• Plant breeding, media preparation, selection of ex-plant, plant tissue culture, indexing plants, glasshouse trial and quality control check.
• Training and supervising staff in plant tissue culture, and micro-propagation techniques. • Responsible for maintenance of all plants in the laboratory and in glasshouse to ensure yearly plant orders are fulfilled on time and in the numbers requested by the Nursery and Research Departments.
• Testing of new and improved laboratory methods and procedures and preparation of laboratory notes, charts, and graphs. Keep accurate daily data and analyse and ensure all plant material is tracked using a database inventory system.
• Order lab stock in a timely manner to maintain workflow.
