Teach Syrian Refugees - Adults - General English.
Plan lessons, teach, calculate grades, design tests. Observe and record students' behavior- performance- progress and then take the necessary action accordingly, e.g. design remedial plans or meet with the parents to discuss their child status/ problem to work together for the benefit of the child. Meet on a regular basis with the English Department staff to discuss problems that face each teacher and find solutions together, pool ideas, share resources, plan for school events e.g. language day, school graduation ceremony, public events where the school is involved, etc. Attend workshops, read, research about the latest developments in teaching methodology, language learning psychology, and the aspects of child growth process, etc. to conform with the life-long-learning principle. Do anything in my capacity as a teacher or as a member in the school community in general to contribute to the students' welfare in particular and the school welfare and development in general.

Teach Circassian Language, monitor student's development, motivate them, yearly planing, daily lessons planning, evaluate students' progress through different kinds of tests, detect the students' weakness areas to design the appropriate teaching strategy to help the students to overcome their shortcomings and finally help the students to improve the strong areas.
