Receiving, organizing and archiving of accounting documents in the respective folders;
▪Classification and release of documents in the accounting program (Oracle-Sicops);
▪Issue of invoices and receipts for customers;
▪Collaboration in the process of factoring, confirming, and other internal control practices;
▪Clearance to taxes and filing statements;
▪Preparation of bank reconciliations, calculation of unit cost of raw materials, rental of machinery, price of diesel per liter, to debit the customer / subcontractor monthly;
▪Analysis of accounts for calculation of costs and income per work;
▪Amortization, slaughter, disposal and acquisition of assets;
▪Closing of accounts and preparation of financial statements and other documents that make up the tax file, writing management reports and minutes of proceedings of theseason;
▪Collaboration in the implementation and certification of the quality management system (QMS) and CE marking;
▪Organization, classification and release of documents in the accounting program (RCSoft).
