Prepares Cost Proposal for the Claims and Variations for 3-Bridges. Identifies Potential claims and Registers the Potential Log events for Claims and Variations. Preparation of quantity take-off work items necessary for the evaluation of subcontract & work order for supplier. Conversant with contract documentation for quality, safety, and environmental as well as local rules, regulations & legislation alike.
Reviewed and checked the Interim Payment Certificates while assuring strict adherence to Project policies and procedures.
