- Lead & manage Outlet Operations, schedule all processes and maintain cleanliness and optimal level of sanitary procedures for all food handling, ensure best quality of all food preparation in compliance to all standards

- Supervision, Planning, Control and Coordination of all activities of the team within the F&B Service department

- Keep the Dining Area Clean & Orderly condition, adhering to SHE Regulations

- Assist the F&B Manager to prepare and submit in the required formats all information necessary for budgeting timorously and accurately
- Assume full responsibility of a specific shift in absence of the F&B Manager

- Work in close contact with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure diners are receiving highest-quality service
