With over 11 years of experience, the past 7 years have been dedicated to working with early-stage, mid-sized, and Unicorn startups, where I have had the privilege of building businesses from the ground up and navigating their growth from 1 to 10 and 10 to 100 journeys
Throughout my career, I have successfully led large teams in Business Development, Sales, Ops, Key Accounts & Performance Marketing Teams, Inside Sales at Ola, Paytm, Ninjacart & Kotak Mahindra and currently with InMobi /Glance . The last 4 years have been in CXO minus 1 roles where I was responsible for P&L
Additionally, in my most recent role as the leader of Growth & Business Development at Roposo Clout (Glance), I played a critical role in scaling the business from 0 GMV to 300 Cr monthly GMV, with an impressive ARR of over $100mn as we built India's 4th largest e-commerce platform within 2 years of its launch .

A) Director - Business Development and Key Accounts with Glance Roposo . Built Roposo Clout, India's 4th largest e-commerce platform from scratch .
Glance is building Live Commerce and my team also partners with Brands for Live Commerce. Within a year we built it big to 2 lakh orders per day & 0 to $500 mn GMV . Cracked partnership with Shopify . No other player globally has this partnership
B) Sales Director & Business Head at Ninjacart
C) Paytm as Deputy General Manager & Regional Head - South : Scaled South Gift Voucher business to 10X within 7 months
D) Supply Head, Bangalore City with OLA Cabs, Bangalore : Organised India’s 1st Private License Driver sourcing which led to 300% increase in Driver sourcing
E) Senior Manager & Location Head ( ASM), New Car Finance at Kotak Mahindra Prime
F) Hewlett Packard: Inside Sales of Laptops to North American enterprise clients
