Working in Beshay Steel as Sr.Electrical Engineer on SMS Project Commissioning.Beshay Steel is one of the largest producers of steel in Egypt.
• Commissioning of Transformers 140MVA, 40MVA.
• Erection & commissioning of Power Control Center.
• Erection & commissioning of Motor Control Center.
• Erection & commissioning of ID fan of 1.4 MW.
• Erection & commissioning of Weigh feeder for Material Handling.
• Erection & commissioning of Simatic S7 by Siemens.
• Erection & commissioning of HMI and profibus.
• Erection & commissioning of PT, TT, RTD, Control Valves, MFT, LS, PS, FS, SV, Proximity etc.
After successful commissioning of 180T EAF and 6 Strands Billet Caster, I am responsible for the following tasks:
• Working as a Electrical Team Leader in steel melting shop where I am looking after Caster, Fes system.
• Looking after the P.C.C, M.C.C, and Drive, Motors, Relay setting and hydraulic system instrument maintenance.
• Maintenance of instrument (control valve, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, RTD & flow transmitter)
• Controlling daily shift activities.
• Proper management of spares.
• Proper management of manpower

The company is a joint venture of Tata Steel & Sumitomo Metal Industries Ltd (SMI), Japan. Working as a Deputy Manager, responsible for the complete electrical projects & maintenance of the plant.

Worked in Jindal Steel & Power Limited from 17 October 2008 onwards in Jr. Manager (Executive grade) on SMS PROJECT-III
• Erection & commissioning of Transformers 100MVA, 10MVA, 2 MVA &2.5MVA.
• Erection & commissioning of Power Control Center.
• Erection & commissioning of Motor Control Center.
• Erection & commissioning of ID fan of 2.2 MW.
• Erection & commissioning of Weigh feeder for Material Handling.
• Erection & commissioning of Simatic S7 by Siemens.

• Looking after the P.C.C, M.C.C, and Drive, Motors, Relay setting and hydraulic system instrument maintenance.
• Maintenance of instrument (control valve, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, RTD & flow transmitter)
• Controlling daily shift activities.
• Proper management of spares used in Furnace Area.
• Proper management of manpower in Furnace area.
Worked in SPS steel and power from 01.01.2008 to 01.08.2008 asanE&I Engineer in structure rolling mill project.
1. Achieved best shift in charge award for smooth running and highest no. of heats in a day in SMS in JSPL
2. Achieved EXECUTIVE of the month for high performance in JSPL.
