* Checking the status of the links such as Link Down, Packet Drops, Flaps, Latency, and
Utilization of the link
* Providing MRTG graph to customer for Traffic Utilization
* Co-ordination with customers to understand the problems on the circuit and resolving the fault
within the TAT defined and tracking of ticket till closer
* Co-ordinating with last mile provider (offnet/onnet) WIMAX, RADWIN, TTSL, Sify, Tikona, Aircel
and TCL UBR PMP also for last mile observation and assigning of field engineer at local site
* Using outstanding communication skills via email and telephone
* Follow up of the Trouble Tickets with the appropriate sections and Last Mile Provider
* Closing cases with proper root cause analysis
