Responsible for leading the Human Resources & Administration functions, act as a strategic business partner and provide guidance to business leaders on all people matters across the organization. This is both strategic and operational role. Management gives significant emphasis on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and performance-driven work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Human Resource planning and implementation by partnering with Shareholders and Senior Leadership team of the business.
- Preparation of Annual Budget of HR & Admin and effective utilization of resources as per plan.
- Implement Succession Planning for Functional Heads, Department Heads and Critical Positions by developing high potential Expats and National Staff.
- Design Learning & Development Programs based on TNI and implement them towards competency building of the organization.
- Review deployment of manpower vis-à-vis future recruitments of the manpower
- Effectively implement Performance Management System and standardized Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review & Feedback and Annual Appraisal as per the Group Guidelines.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll for Expats and Nationals Manpower as per their employment Terms & Conditions with the organization.
- Ensure effective administration of contract labor and timely disbursement of their wages
- Have regular meetings with ‘Internal Workers Union ‘ to keep them engaged with the organization and also keep them away from government recognized external unions in DRC
- Ensure unbiased implementation of employee welfare and benefits for all levels
- Formulate and implement business specific of HR Policies and Processes
- Ensure automation and integration of company HR Policies and SOPs
Achievements
- I’ve handled the Labor Union strike in the factory, defused their strike and restored normalcy in the workplace.
- In the year 2022, I’ve recruited 737 technical manpower, deployed them to the business, and made contributions for 33% business growth of MES.
Have Matrix reporting to CEO and Project Head and oversee all aspects of HR for the company. Serving as an integral member of the Project Team, ensure overall responsibility for Human Resources Strategy
