• Responsible for Support, Repairs and Implementation of Projects independently.
• Organizing, Scheduling, Distributing and Managing the Projects and Support based upon the Priority of the Customers.
• Install and Commission Crestron control system to control any Audio & Video products in IR, serial protocol, I/O and relay.
• Handling Trainings and Training related activities for Junior Technicians in Crestron System Installations and AV Trouble-shooting Techniques.
• Visit all existing and potential clients-build up and maintain a good and long term relationship with them
• Maintaining the Inventory Control of Spares and managing them in a productive manner by providing the customers a Better and Prompt Services.
• Preparation and maintaining the Service Reports on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Basis.
• Responsible for providing some Value Added Service like AMC for the customers.
Completed 2 years Diploma course of Industrial Electronic & Electrical (TCTI – Sri Lanka) Completed Six month course of Micro Electronic at International Youth Council – Sri Lanka.
