• Serving customers in handling cargo and project procurement services, scheduling inland, sea and or freight transportation such as trucking arrangement (stevedoring, lashing and forklift and or crane leasing), break bulk, bulk cargo, by using a fleet of Landing Craft Tank (LCT), Tug & Barge, containerized shipment (Full Container Load or Less Container Load), air freight shipment by Jumbo Wing Box etc and undertaking the responsibility of warehousing and distribution as of their terms and conditions i.e. Free in on Stowage (FIOST), Free in Liner Out (FILO), Liner in Free Out (LIFO), Liner hook to hook, Full Liner Term and Door Delivery both domestic and overseas.
• Establishing partnerships with Shipping Agency, terminal operator, Carrier owner, Shipper (cargo owner), Receiver/Beneficiary, Stevedoring Co., warehousing, mechanic rental and trucking company.

• Establishing the newest relationship and maintaining the existed ones both internal and external parties.
• Coordinating surveyors and supervising them to undertake their jobs accomplishment, farmer groups’ credit analyst and as an inspector of financial application requirement (RDKK).
• Collaborating with KOPADI’s and INKOPTAN’s guys in distributing and supplying farmers’ needs, i.e.
Saprodi, socialization, paddy seeds, fertilizers and pesticides.
• Reporting all the activities of financing lines to the Operational Manager and General Manager.
• Determining the correct planting seasons and harvesting seasons.

• An authorized person in charge in Export, Import & Guarantee daily operational department and supervising to overall trade finance transaction.
• Giving presentation and advising of the latest provided trade finance products and the new one side to be implemented as per SLA (Service Level Agreement) approval mandatory on max USD 50, 000.- (or equivalent).
• Implementing the system operational procedure tend to Local and International Rules and Regulation, i.e.
UCPDC 600, ISBP 681, ISP 98 or URDG 758 (Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantee), URR 725, URC 522 (or latest version), PBI No. 5/6/PBI/2003 (SKBDN) and KUHP sub-article 1831 & 1832.
• Giving the sharpened comprehension of documentation, i.e. commercial documents, inspecting/testimonial documents, supplementary merchant documents and transportation documents (sea, air or combined multi modal) and INCOTERM 2010.

• Handling an audit plan, doing the observation to an auditing object and approaching the Auditee.
• Preparing the audit procedures and audit program; the scope of auditing included Trade Finance, Treasury and Settlement, Remittance and Trust & Custody.

Loan Risk Management;
• Receiving application for B/G from customer or Counter Guarantee from parents bank and preparing Bank Guarantee letter by mail or by SWIFT for new or amendment, B/G confirmation letter and Bank Reference letter.
• Making operation sheet for B/G and delivering it to Loan Administration Department after being approved by Department Head, preparing and sending claim for B/G fee or commission by SWIFT or telex and long term B/G control sheet.
• Presenting trade-finance facility and operation sheet, daily and periodical irregular transaction report, reminder, caution notice and risk sharing calculation and checking incoming fund for B/G fee from our Nostro account.
• Obtaining customer exposure and IT pledge time deposit in Non Performance Loan to Head Office and Legal
Lending Limit reports to Bank Indonesia.

Bills Staff;
• Handling customers for documents negotiation or collection and receiving application to opened L/C and trade-finance, settling import documents, verifying the authorized signature of the customer and implementing the export documents financing for bills bought or bills discounted and payment time schedule.
• Checking negotiated documents tend to UCPDC 500 for ICC rules and regulations, advising customers, splitting and sending documents to opening bank, preparing internal memo and provisional deviation of discrepant documents approved by Business Development Department and Director in charge.
• Trade financing process and determining the interest rate, cost of fund and grace period obtained from the treasury/foreign exchange settlement department.

• Scheduling the booked vessel instruction, controlling for the stuffing of the goods and littering transportation of the goods from warehouse to the port
• Supervising all of sub-ordinates in issuance of documentations against with buyer sales order/confirmation and conducting time and place for the goods inspection (if any).
• Reporting the readiness of shipment to Export Manager and presenting documents to the bank for documents’ negotiation.

• Handling customers, checking customers out-standing account, processing L/C opening application of its trade finance facilities and drafting L/C in the system of media telecommunication (SWIFT or Telex).
• Implementing overall types of L/C, i.e. Confirmed L/C, Documentary L/C, Refinancing L/C, Usance Payable at Sight (UPAS) and undertaking the process of interest control sheet calculation of their trade finance facilities.
• Controlling to undertaking the reimbursement-authorized instruction and settling payment for L/C’s due time schedules.

• Preparing daily routine journal, general ledger, the banks’ reconciliation report and forecast of un- collectable account and also buyers account receivable and scheduling first in first out of the goods in warehouse accounting system method.
• Preparing the income statement, financial analysis report, cash flow projection and balance sheet and presenting them to the superior.
