Worked as - Logistics Officer (From Sep 2013 to Oct 2017) at Super Shine Construction and Leasing LLC (Super group of companies) Ghala, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

Super Group of companies is an international business conglomerate with its base in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Established in 1975, the journey of the company began in Liberia, West Africa, with the founding of a media manufacturing company called Super Sound Inc. and the group has since attained a global presence expanding operation across seven countries in Asia and Africa. The business portfolio now includes local & International trading, Construction and Leasing Property Management, Real Estate, plastic processing and moldings Industrial Gases bottling, CD-DVD, mineral water supply, food industry, oxygen cylinder.

Job Description Includes, Area of specialization: Logistics Management & procurement, Administration and liaising with various departments ie finance & accounts, HR management, sales, banking operations, coordination with sister concern & branches.
• Organizing, planning and implementing strategy and ensure schedules for the day to day operations.
• Coordinating all activities related to shipping and logistics ie, Import, Export, cross trade by Sea, Air and Road.
• Collection of quotations from various shipping line / agent and Freight negotiation, comparison & finalization, offer preparation.
• Arranging container and transportation for the shipment.
• Preparing shipment documents and work with government authorities for documents approvals.
• Coordinating international and local shipment Seaport, Airport, Border customs clearance
• Arranging documents and maintaining hard and soft copy for the future price comparison & payment procedure.
• Perform as in charge and making sure that each stage of the shipment process & delivery is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality & standards.
• Generating reports and analyzing day to day operation cost & budgeting.
• Communicate with clients /Suppliers and evaluate their needs & feedback, arrange appointments and meetings

• Assist sales department duties, Arrange materials and make sure the delivery on time.
• Handling material storage & Warehouse and arranging transportation for material delivery & Collection.
• Assist and coordinating all activities related to purchase ie verify the material requisition, collection
of quotation from various suppliers, price negotiation and Preparing purchase order.
• Controlling the order cycle and sourcing materials from difference ways.
• Maintaining each supplier account, preparing payment schedule and maintain records.
• Guide the junior Executives for the smooth functioning. Meeting with the other member of the
management and planning for the future.
