Servicing scssv, test plug, wash tool, running tools, casing slip, spools, blocks and Gate valve all pressure valves.
Hydro tested and function tested equipment to various pressures depending on procedures.
NDT inspection for machining areas, threads, thickness, seal groove, welding areas.
Following API procedures, OEM Standard, HSE policy, company rules, and lifesaving rules.
Installing various thread tsh blue, vam, Btc, sec, va-sup, regular, and torque.
Operation and knowledge of hydraulic equipment.
Obtaining and maintaining an inventory of expandable materials and parts for these items.
Assembly via cutting, bending, pressure hose & fitting pressure tubing to attach meters and gauging devices.
Using hammer, high torque machines, hydraulic jacks, spanner, screw driver, wrench, seal assembly tools.
Performed coating component (primer coat, xylon coat, phosphate coat, ever silk coat.
Planned work and determined appropriate tools and equipment.
Operate the mobile cranes, forklift and using lifting tools.
Perform preventive maintenance on pressure control equipment.
Perform any combination of shipping, loading, and unloading duties.
Following daily, weekly, and monthly routine maintenance.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Followed 5s organization, JSA, emergency procedures and tools box meeting.
