• Using various retention techniques to help increase the retention of our account holders.
• Reselling the benefits of our plans and providing excellent benefits.
• Determine ways to reward valuable customers to improve retention and cross-selling efforts
• Document customer outcomes to add to our knowledge of reasons customer chose to cancel their services
with us.
• Back office work to keep a track on customers account.
