I conduct comprehensive reviews of client contracts and formulate new agreements tailored to specific project requirements, ensuring full engagement with all stakeholders involved in project execution. I develop contract documents collaboratively with clients and contractors, ensuring equity and promoting favourable outcomes for the organisation. My role consists in identifying loopholes in tender documents and contractual communications, thereby facilitating the filing of detailed claims that reflect substantial losses—amounting to billions of Indian Rupees—for completed projects and those that remain under maintenance.

I am working as Divisional Manager (General Manager) for Asphalt Division. The company has two other
divisions, namely Ready Mix and Precast Division, with backup departments such as Crusher, Garage,
Readymix Plants, and Asphalt Plants.

at Al Samaliya, Royal Court three projects, and Prime minister work.
Successfully handed over all the completed work in time, profit & also maintain good relation with the
client/consultants.

Have constructed 13 floors each of 10 residential tower blocks, including infrastructure, landscaping,
and a road network. The buildings consist of luxury apartments, each occupying 250 sq meters with
high-quality finishes, Wall Cladding, false ceilings, Carpet, Internal Partitions, AC, and Lights. The
total area of building construction was around 150, 000 sqm. Constructed in two phases (Phase I and
Phase II)

• Worked for Industrial Project for Tata-Fiat Company, Pune (cost of project was about Rs. 2.5 Billion in India)
• Built Industrial structures of engine hall, paint shop, Administrative building, roads etc
• Involved in dealing with client and consultant for the having a smooth and level completion of project.
• Mentored the project manager and engineers, fabricator, electrical engineers for smooth coordination between them.
• Managed Concrete Batching Plant 2 nos. and kept close monitoring of supply of material for the smooth running of the plant.
• Guided Quality engineers for maintaining the quality and performance of the work at site.
• Got additional work worth Rs 1. Billion work as additional work such as Car plant, Paint house, administration building etc.
• Site was selected for getting the ISO certification and the auditing of the ISO certification team was successfully accomplished and where awarded the certificate.

• Precast T Girders, Post Tensioning T Girders at Site Yard, Lifting, Transporting Girders to Site and Erection on Very Busy Highway and Concreting the of Slab over the Installed Girders

• Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE- Package-6), Sewer Line E-2 & W-4 Projects - project involved designing GRP Pipeline, DI Pipeline, Reservoirs, Emergency Wells, Shop Drawings, House Connections, etc. (Cost of project was 7 Millions BD)
• Successfully completed the second biggest reservoir of Bahrain including 5 reservoirs.
