•Resolve and document software, hardware, network, telephone and connectivity problems.
Install and update software, hardware and new workstations.
•Managing and resolving IT issues of 15 stores across Qatar.
•POS machine installation and configuration
•Assist users with issues and problems from a variety of sources including proprietary, MS Office & Office 365 applications and Microsoft Operating System Win 7, Win 8, Win 10.
•Order all site computer-related equipment and maintain asset tracking.
Perform low-level maintenance and resolve problems of all printers, monitor and log server backups.

•Provide training on all programs of POS machines and personal computer, cell phone, desk phone and other related equipment.
•Participate in the identification and selection of instructors and external course providers for specialized training needs.
•Develop, train and support users using and creating Microsoft dynamics Navision databases.
•ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2016):
•Provides support and enhancements for ERP system and technical training on hardware/software to end-users
•Installation of Navision -Client/Server & configuration with SQL Server.
•Installing and maintaining databases and applications and creation of the database and maintaining Navision backups.
•Monitoring the proper functioning of the IT systems and bringing out ways to modify and improve the efficiency of the system-Microsoft Nav 2016
•Testing and creating new procedures for promotions and discounts.
•Generating markdown reports for seasonal sales
•Setting up promotions and discounts for various brands
•Creating user logins and permissions in Navision
•Setting up and configuring POS machines
•Importing and exporting of data from NAV
•Restoring and backing up data from Navision
•PDT scanner setup for Stock Take & Inventory management.
•CCTV & Attendance Machine:
