• Handling part of documentation and Invoicing for key clients so that they face no difficulty and delay in business.
• Resolving Queries and troubleshooting of their problems on daily basis in order to have a smooth transition.
• Meeting customers and understanding the problems faced.
• Co-ordinating with Internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Accounts, Global service centers and Satellite office in facilitating ease and smooth function between customer and back offices .
