Duties & Responsibilities:
• Payroll preparation - Manual & Computer based
• Final Settlement & Leaves calculation and payments
• Leave Management
• Handel all recruitment needs of Doctors & other staff
• Management of required medical licenses for medical staff
• Follow up for pending issues with Ministry of Health
• Follow up with public & government relations requirements (Residence renewal, MOSAL, etc)
• Maintain & follow up all service contracts
• Maintain files, forms required for HR department
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Vacations; Signing, checking and follow up on them.
• Preparing employee contract.
• Maintaining proper records regarding the new employees.
• Participating Attendance sheets.
• In charge of filling the Salary increase request forms..
• Issuing staff related letter (to whom it may concern, experience…etc).
• Preparing warning letters.
• In charge of the national worker (acceptance letters, Insurance, contracts, governmental registrations…etc) .
• Solving staff problems
- Worked as Executive Secretary & Coordinator in Information Technology Department Manager’s office.
- Worked for E-Tender Website support - Help Desk in Commercial Department I KNPC
- Worked as Support for E-Tendering Web Portal
Solving & following up with different issued with the users.
- Asking quotations from different suppliers for different IT requirements.
- Checking out new software from the market
Negotiating pricing, terms & condition with vendor for buying new software.
- Coordinating with the vendor in installing new software & issues after installation.
- Overall handling all IT department work.
