• All Secretarial duties for the Director of Food and Beverage.
• Prepare analysis of Profit & Loss Report of each restaurant every end of the month.
• Prepare a competition market check at the end of each month.
• Adjust monthly Forecast target of each outlet in the system as needed as per the trend.
• Prepare Marketing Action Plan for each individual outlet making it more competitive in the market based on the previous month P&L result and current trend.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly Report with each restaurant Revenue, Expenses and Profit.
• Involved in the preparation of Budget and Forecast in terms of Revenue and Manning for each outlet for the next coming year. Involved in the preparation of a strong Annual Marketing Calendar for next year for each individual outlet. Prepare performance review and for each managers. Review each department monthly training plan.
• Monitor staff Visa and Baladiya requirement.
• Screen incoming calls. Manage daily meeting schedule of the Director. Send letter invitation and organize as meeting as required. Managed Visa application, hotel and flight bookings of the Director for any business and personal trip.
• Submit expense report as needed. Overall Staff documentation and administrative duties. Manage outlet equipment inventories. Control and Managed consumption of stationaries for each department. Prepare monthly Payroll including Overtime and casual payment. Overall secretarial duties
• Prepare analysis and monthly report to be submitted to the owner every end of the month.
• Ensure all the Staff, Civil ID, Baladiya are up to date and follow up renewal process in the Visa and HR if needed.
• Department Trainor, ensuring all the company standard were all followed and implemented in the floor.
• Conduct weekly equipment inventory to ensure nothing is loss and any issues sorted at once.
• Prepare weekly schedule and staff daily floor allocation.
• Always greet guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
• Always thank and say farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit
• Establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest
• Maintains the conversation and does not expose any sensitive topics to the guest
• Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are executed.
• Has a thorough knowledge of menu and presentation standards and sound knowledge of beverage preparation techniques
• Ensures that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the heart of house areas.
• Applies Food & Beverage service techniques correctly at all times, serving items with enthusiasm
• Completes the daily responsibilities that are set for each individual shift
• Reviews order dockets ensuring accurate and timely preparations for order requirements accordingly
• Recognizes and ensures application of the step of the billing process
• Anticipates any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactful.
• Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and in the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Responds to changes in the Food & Beverage function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
• Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors due to business requirements
