Art & Picture Framing field:
• Generated striking visual presentation of the gallery that brought in new clientele.
• Curated and co-ordinated several successful Gallery show’s displaying the works of Picasso, Warhol, Dali, Banksy and others.
• Introduced a corporate sector into the business, expanding the client base from private collectors to commercial and public purchasers - receiving local recognition among developers, architects and designers.

Project: 3 Star Hotel in Manila suburb, Philippines

• Assisted the Architect to develop the hotel massing into viable floor plans for financial modeling to be integrated in to the business plan.
• The business plan entails a strategy of developing a 3 star hotel with the intention of establishing a model for countrywide roll out of city based 3 star hotels.
• Full site development plans and upper level floor plans, sections, interior layouts and all Structural and MEP concept development strategies to allow discipline sub-consultants to follow architectural concept plan developments.
