• Greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform beauticians of their arrival.
• Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
• Offer beverages to the clients who are in the waiting area
• Inform clients about new services and discounts
• Cross-sell services and products when appropriate
• Screening passengers and their carry-on baggage
• Screening checked baggage; Airport access controls
• Screening of airport workers
• Work with X-Ray scanner and metal detector
