• Trouble shooting of all electrical and electronic problems of utility machines, power panels and control panels
• Conduct diagnosis of Electrical / Mechanical system and perform repairs where necessary up to testing and commissioning.
• Team leader during shutdown period for pull out and reinstallation of AHU / FAHU induction motors after reconditioned.
• Providing and interpreting data from manufacturing process from BMS and CMS to improve efficiency of plant equipment and aid breakdown diagnostics.
• Conduct daily preventive maintenance of utility equipment as per schedule
• Day to day Operation and maintenance of HV/LV Panels, MCC Panels, MDB, DDC’s, VFD, APFC
Panel etc.
• Liaising with contractors and project stakeholders.
• Technical support in the MEP team.
• Preparing and maintaining technical reports as per requirement
• Interprets electrical drawings and study the contract documents and applicable standards or specification prior to execution
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical support to all electrical work at site .
• Directly responsible to the safety of all electrical group personnel of the project by ensuring that the
project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety and environmental standards.
• Installation, commissioning and service of security and surveillance system including CC Camera,
panic switches, smoke detectors, motion sensors, access control etc.
• Conduct diagnosis of mechanical and electrical system and perform repairs where necessary up to
testing and commissioning.
Day to day trouble shooting, repair & maintenace of LT/HT voltage control system (415V & 11KV)
• Operation & maintenance of 11 KV HT VCB switchgears & 11000/440V transformers with OLTC
and PCC’s.
• Test electricals system and continuity of circuit in electrical wiring, equipment using testing devices.
• Work independently in operation and maintenance of utilities like pump house, AHU’s and cold
Storage.
• Operation and maintenance of DG (MTU engines) including its utility like water & HSD lines.
• Maintain records of repairs, calibration and test report, inventory for all electrical/electronics and
general items
• Prepare power consumption report, Monthly MIS reports and weekly Preventive and Breakdown
maintenance planning.
