In this role, Im responsible for taking a hands-on approach to manage the delivery of projects remotely for NESTE to their various portfolios located in Finland, Netherland and Singapore to ensure that solutions and the delivery process both satisfy the scope of work (FEED, EPCC, EPCM and Turnaround projects) following standard PIPE models. Im required to communicate across delivery teams to ensure that delivery is being achieved within acceptable quality, cost and schedule parameters and take proactive action to support project teams to achieve their goals. There is a strong and vital emphasis on Stakeholder management and good communications of my skills. Looking after and understanding the activity of the project teams, identify and manage program risk items, and ensure good technical governance procedures are followed.

Led the Project Planning team at NESTE-IDC (India
Design Centre), overseeing a portfolio valued at over $500
million, managing the planning and control of
Investment, Innovation & Technology for major and
complex projects throughout their lifecycle from
conceptualization to close-out.

with EPCM contractors for technology and strategic
projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and

Responsible for leading matrixed teams to deliver various oil & gas, energy projects. My primary role entailed spearheading end-to-end operations, including, but not limited to, preparation of project schedules, coordination with project stakeholders, formulation of detailed project report, seeking statutory affairs and other agencies approvals, contract negotiations, procurement, financial management, and resource optimization. I adhered to safety & confidentiality protocols, statutory regulations, as well as time & budget constraints, and proved instrumental in achieving 15% savings through competitive tendering process, backed by best practices.

Some of my key accomplishments here have been:
► Implemented emergency procedures to avert potential loss of infrastructure during Cyclone-Hikaa in 2019 and Cyclone-Shaheen in 2021; created awareness and recovery of resource management and disaster recovery planning, backed by contingency focus

In this role, I functioned as a young dynamic engineering asset to control and monitor site supervisors, staff and laborers while execution of projects in order to achieve site progress. I prepared and reviewed technical and commercial offers, POs, work orders, EOIs, bid documents, bank terms etc. I played a key to provide and assist engineering department in designs, plant layouts, plot plans, P&IDs, technical specifications, documents with previous onsite projects experience. Led a site and worked as a single point of contact for many clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. I also played a key role in business case preparation, corporate presentation, project alignment and negotiation meetings.
