 Preparation of Architectural & Structural shop Drawing and sending final print out of drawings to Consultant Approval
 Coordinate with all service drawings of (Plumbing, HVAC, & Electricals)
 Preparation of As Built Drawings at end of project and submit final soft copy and hard copy of drawings to consultant and client.
 Preparation of As Built Drawings for MEP.
 Checking of all types of drawings received from subcontractors and suppliers for coordination purposes.
 Follows-up drawings issues with the concerned; clarifies with consultant, PM, PCM, coordinators, site subcontractors or through the PM and as required.
 Collects information at the required speed and early enough from the concerned to ensure that no delays will affect neither the works under process or the next step of that work.
 Establishing drawings for temporary works to allow proper execution of site works when requested.
 Incorporating Consultant/PM/PCM requirements in a drawing for onward submission, etc.
 Preparation of drawings of building Plans, Elevations, Sections, Bathrooms kitchens, Door&Windows, Staircases, finishing.
 Preparation perspective view according to the final plans &elevation as per BOQ.
 To revise and register drawing revisions at all stages on the project.
