•Extensive knowledge of HVAC products & technical components.
•Knowledge of making best offer quote & providing good support to customers/contractors
•Experience in preparation of product Submittals for getting approvals from consultant.
•Good knowledge of technical selection as per the customer requirement for AHUs, FCUs, Ecology Unit.
•Construction& working knowledge of different type of AHUs like modular type &package type, FCUs like decorative type, ductable type, ceiling suspended type, floor mounted type etc.
•Maintaining good relationship with consultants, clients, customers/contractors
•Providing after sales support service and providing technical support as per the customer requirements.
•Knowledge of making pre-start up reports during the commissioning stages of hvac machines.
• Basic knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning and refrigeration systems used in residences and commercial establishments.
• Well knowledge of HVAC equipments and its applications (compressors, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator, AHU, FCU etc)
• Basic knowledge of different type of air conditioning systems, like window air conditioning system, split air conditioning systems, centralized air conditioning system, packaged air conditioning system, DX system and chilled water air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC Duct Area Calculation and Duct installation.
• Perform Inspection of duct installation and co ordinate with consultant for making checklist.
• Execution of chilled water Piping & Pipeline work according to the approved drawing.
• Making the check list for pressure test, chiller installation, AHU connection and pump installation with coordinating consultant.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment including replacement of filters, belts and couplers. Grease bearings, clean drains and cooling towers.
• Coordinate with the clients and consultants and provided good communication channels on all the engineering issues.
• Participating in site meetings with client / consultant
• Mobilization of manpower for execution of the project.
• Prepare the detailed Site quantities requirement based on the consultants approved drawing.
• Preparation of material submittal for consultant approval.
