• Direct the O&M of a critical 220 kV Switchyard and associated protection and control systems, ensuring uninterrupted
power supply to a continuous process fertilizer complex.
• Manage operations and electrical maintenance for a 54 MW Combined Cycle Captive Power Plant, overseeing GTG (24
MW, GE + Brush) and STG (30 MW, Skoda + Andritz Hydro) units, alongside the electrical maintenance of the RWTP, DM
Plant, and Cooling Tower.
• Ensure strict electrical compliance in classified hazardous environments (ATEX/IECEx standards), conducting asset
integrity assessments and leading RCA investigations.
• Led the erection, commissioning, and O&M of a 3 MW floating-type solar PV plant, currently driving an additional 6
MW renewable expansion project.

• Managed major CAPEX and operational improvement projects across Odishas EHV power distribution network,
focusing on system reliability and loss reduction.
• Successfully executed the EPC lifecycle of 10+ EHT Substations across the state within a tight 2-year timeline.
• Conducted advanced feasibility studies and energy audits to optimize network efficiency and integrate smart grid
technologies.
• Led the preparation of technical specifications, conducted rigorous Type Test scrutiny, and spearheaded vendor
management through comprehensive Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) to ensure technical excellence and
high-quality project execution.

• Directed the O&M of end-to-end heavy industrial electrical assets, including the Limestone & Coal Handling Plant,
Pulverization Plant, Kiln, Packing Plant, Waste Heat Recovery system, and a 54 MW Captive Power Plant (CPP).
• Managed the erection, commissioning, and maintenance of a 132 kV Substation and high-capacity VFDs for heavy
industrial loads.
• Led CAPEX planning, project scheduling, and execution aligned with corporate strategy, budget constraints, and
stringent safety standards.
• Achieved a 5% Specific Power Reduction through optimized energy management, earning formal recognition from the
Company Chairman.
