Responsibility:
• Monitor drawing / material / work commencement with provisions as per specification / DEWA/ Dubai Civil Defence regulations.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
• Check the activities on site and provide the necessary reports to the MEP Manager and construction team.
• Ensure all builders works drawings are comprehensive and discussion with the various engineers for the best implementation and installation of services in coordination with other parties and main contractor.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Follow up the status of material and shop drawings and keep all parties informed of the status and follow up the implementation of the consultant/client comments in timely manner.
• Distribute detailed information, documents and regulations as applicable to all concerned parties and ensure their acknowledgement and adherence to its contents.
• Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, site Engineers and Construction Manager to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work.
• Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for all MEP works at site.
• Provide Technical support and solve all Site technical issues to ensure completion of Projects within the stipulated time.
• During Project close out coordinate with design team for preparation of As-built drawings.
• Installation, Operation and Maintenance of equipment’s in Buildings and Data Centre’s such as UPS’s, Diesel Generators, HT/LV panels, Chillers and HVAC systems etc.
• Responsible for Vendor management such as preparing quotations and BOQ’s.
• Responsible for all ongoing projects.
• Responsible for Pursuing inventory / purchases of spares and consumables.
• Preparation of Audit documents and attending the yearly audits from client side.
• T&C, O&M of equipment’s like UPS, Diesel Generators, HT/LV System, VRF system, HVAC system and Solar system etc.
• Handling of logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all mechanical and electrical installations
• Monitoring the consumption and controls on power, water, and electricity and material consumption.
• Installation, Operation and Maintenance of equipment’s in Buildings and Data Centre’s such as UPS’s, Diesel Generators, HT/LV panels, Chillers and HVAC systems etc.

• operation and maintenance of STP’s and WTP’s.
• Conduct operation and maintenance of air circuit breakers and vacuum circuit breakers of models such as Electric Mega Win, ABB and Schneider
• Maintain a progressive matrix of internal and external clients and vendors.
• Document logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all mechanical and electrical installations
• Provide technical training to the team on various aspects of operation and maintenance of HVAC and high-tension equipment
