Recruitment Experience:
In the process of end to end recruitment I have performed the following tasks.
Receive requirement from the client and coordinate with them in order to receive a detailed job
description.
Write clear and precise job advertisements. Publish the ads on:
Local newspapers (Gulf News)
Major online job portals (Naukri, Monster)
LinkedIn
Dubizzle
Gather a pool of suitable candidates using profile searching techniques in job portals, organization
database, advertisement response, references and social network sites.
Evaluate a candidate against the job requirement by reviewing the qualification, certification, relevant
experience, skills and salary details.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate the candidate’s competency.
Communicate with the candidates to ensure they have a clear understanding of the job description and requirement.
Negotiate the salary and benefits structure while siding with the client.
Perform background checks on the shortlisted candidates and contacting the references.
Submit the shortlisted profiles to the client.
Coordinate subsequent round of interviews between the client and the candidates.
Initiate and monitor the VISA process for the clients by submitting the required documents to the PRO
and ensure the VISA and flight tickets are ready well before the travel date.
Handle the on boarding process by ensuring documents such as candidate’s resignation letter, current
offer letter; valid visa are all in place.
Complete the process by filing documents in the company’s database and updating the required report
Develop and maintain high-level relationships in the sector both with clients as well as candidates.
July 2011 Till April 2013 as Admin Coordinator -- Handling HR and administrative tasks.
Job summary: The overall mission is to arrange accurately and timorously record of all HR and administrative related matters.
Responsibilities;
Prepares job offer letters for employees and fulfilling their joining formalities in the company
Prepares salary certificates, experience letters for employees.
Employment Visa Documents arrangements.
Monitoring of Work Permit Approvals from Ministry of Labor (MOL).
Receive Employment Visas from PRO, keep them safe after necessary updations and hand it over to
the appropriate person upon arrival of the visa holder.
Monitor Employment Visa Endorsement Process.
Maintaining and monitoring internal and external employee’s personnel data files and documentation
& Master Employee.
Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labour/ Passport & Salary related matters.
Safe Keeping of all Passports and keep records of any incoming or outgoing passport.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department in Payroll and inform them about the newly joiners to
include in their payroll.
Arrange Cancellation of the Employment Visa upon Termination of the Employment Contract by
either party.
To conduct Exit interview with the Employees.
Other Administrative tasks:
Updating weekly MIS report.
Coordinating with Courier Company for dispatch of shipping documents.
Maintaining inventory (stationary) control
Arranging travel arrangements and making hotel bookings for staffs.
Preparing Invoices and Receipts & payment vouchers by maintaining a good filing system.
Handling & processing client’s enquiries.

Assigning CPE’s (ie devices) as per technologies used in different regions in every work order.
Checking whether work order falls under the correct region as per customer address mentioned in Sales comments.
Cross checking customer's services with the work order created.
Contact customer for address and service confirmation.
Route work orders to Sales queue if orders are wrongly created.
Carrying out escalations from customer care by arranging technicians for the same.
